USER AGREEMENT
You (the “User”) can access tneservice.in (the “Site”), subject to the terms and conditions of use, as changed/updated from time to time entirely at the discretion of tneservice.in as set out below. The term of this Agreement shall continue and would be in force till the time you access this site & its services and you agree that you are bound by the terms and conditions as mentioned herein. Nothing in these Terms of Service should be construed to confer any rights on you or any third party beneficiaries.
ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
You must be 18 years or older to use the services of tneservice.in. By registering/visiting/signing up the tneservice.in service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Service. Any Discrepancy in the Documents Attached and/or Application Form filled will be sole responsibility of the User and tneservice.in will not be liable to pay any refund amount back to the user in case of any such discrepancy.
CHANGES TO Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend/cancel, or discontinue any or all service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice. Such changes will be posted to tneservice.in for your convenience to understand your responsibility as a user. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service so that you will be apprised of any changes. You will be deemed to have accepted such change/s if you continue to access the Site subsequent to such changes.

TNESERVICE.IN will only collect, store, use, and share your personal information (including email address) as it is defined by our Privacy Policy and as regulated by Indian laws.
a) It is being accepted by the User that the personal information is collected and stored by the company, which is provided by the User from time to time on Website but not limited to the User’s username, passwords, email address, name, address, age, date of birth, sex, nationality, shopping preferences, browsing history, etc., as well as any images or other information uploaded/published by the User on the Website. The Website/Company uses this information which is given by the User to provide the services. The User’s need is fulfilled accordingly. The User is aware of all this information.
f) A User/Users can browse a website without providing any information to the Website/Company but for certain activities and area, the User has to provide certain information for registration such as placing an order. The User is aware that the information provided to the Company/Website can be used to send the User offers and promotions whether or not based on the User’s previous orders and interests, and the User hereby expressly consents to receive the same.
g) There are certain online surveys which are optional and Company/Website can request the User to complete those surveys. Sometimes these surveys may ask the User to provide the contact information and demographic information (like zip code, age, income bracket, sex, etc.). This data is used to customize the Website for the benefit of the User, and providing all users of the Website with products/services/content that the Company/Website believes they might be interested in availing of, and also to display content according to the User’s preferences, the user is aware about all this.
h) The Company/Website can ask or request the User to provide the reviews for the products/services which are purchased/ availed by the User from Website. The User is aware that such reviews will help other users of the website make prudent and correct purchases, and also help the Company/Website remove sellers whose products are unsatisfactory in any way, and the User hereby expressly authorizes the Company/Website to publish any and all reviews written by the User on the Website, along with the User’s name and certain contact details, for the benefit and use of other Users of the Website.
i) The information like content/reviews/surveys/feedback which is submitted by the User to Company/Website cannot be a store, upload, publish or display in any manner. The User authorizes the Website/Company to remove any such content, review, survey or feedback from Website which has been submitted by User, without cause or being required to notify the User of the same.

RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
MGV Service Unit believes in providing services to all our clients, and will only accept refunds requests if the service is not provided. Once submission of documents to Government authorities for various services offered is done, no applicant is eligible for any refund.
The refund process will only be initiated once we get the confirmation of the services not provided. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to credit into applicant’s accounts. It may take few more days, if refunds are to be paid by cheque/NEFT. For any services not provided correctly, please send us a mail at info@tneservice.in, and accounts@tneservice.in. All cancellation requests have to be placed within 3 days from the date of order for further processing. If cancellation request is placed after 3 days from Date of Applying, professional fee is non-refundable. Once application is put into processing with the concerned government authorities, cancellations are non-refundable. Order is said to be fulfilled when payment made by applicant is successful and applicant got the pre filled computer generated application form. We do not entertain return.
DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery time of services opted by you vary with the service opted for. Some services are completely dependent on particular Government Authorities which cannot be by passed. MGV Services Unit and TNESERVICE.IN is not responsible for any delay on the part of the Concerned Authority.
